Creative Presentation’s A/V systems solution team takes your project through a number of steps to completion. Here’s what you can expect through every stage of the project: Consultation & Planning: This initial phase includes clarifying expectations and determining what you want the system to accomplish. An initial “walkthrough” includes a comprehensive review of the project and allows for consultation with you and your interior designer, project managers, facilities personnel, and/or architect. In order to get a correct needs assessment and grasp the scope of the project we have in-depth interviews with key personnel. By defining your expectations and determining the scope of size, we will be able to recommend the appropriate presentation technologies for your system, provide a timeline for completion, and provide a accurate cost estimate. Designing: Once you have given your approval to the estimate we begin to orchestrate the creation of your system by carefully assembling all of the required elements. These include architectural, electrical, and interior requirements, such as lighting, sound, and even furniture. It is at this point that our certified system designers create the blueprint for your design or installation. Engineering & Installation: After your project has been carefully planned and designed the project materials are purchased, custom fabrication, programming, and testing are performed, and actual onsite installation is put into action. To make sure that the project is completed on time and on budget our project managers, technicians, and technical design team coordinate the project and stay on top of any necessary changes. Training & Support: Upon your final and guaranteed approval we provide training to all the necessary users.
